Meet Tamara

Washington has always been home. Born and raised throughout this beautiful state, I have a deep appreciation for the Pacific Northwest and all that Western Washington has to offer.
My passion for real estate began when I purchased my first home in 1989. That experience, along with subsequent home purchases, gave me firsthand insight into the value of homeownership and inspired me to pursue a career in real estate. In 2005, I became a licensed Real Estate Broker, joined Coldwell Banker Bain and have been helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals ever since.
I am a Certified Corporate Relocation and Military Relocation Specialist, eight time Five-Star Professional Award Winner.  International Coldwell Banker President’s Circle, Diamond Society and Sterling Society Honors.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and Associate degrees in Criminal Corrections and Arts & Sciences from Pierce College. Before real estate, I worked in hospitality management, served as a Kitsap County District Court Clerk and later became Partner/Owner of Puget Sound Billing.
I enjoy helping clients navigate one of life's most important decisions and stay current with changing market conditions and industry trends. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling and making the most of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
