Meet Tamara

Washington has always been my home; born and raised all over this beautiful state. I love the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and although I enjoy all four seasons, summer in Western Washington is my favorite! There is plenty to appreciate and experience here in Western Washington. Great employment opportunities, Theaters, Sports, Boating, Hiking, Fishing, Entertainment, Music Scene, Ferry rides, Farmer's Markets, Beach combing and endless Entertainment.

In 1989, I purchased my first home and quickly realized the benefits of investing in Real Estate on a larger scale. In November, 2005, I became licensed and started my Real Estate Broker Career here locally with Coldwell Banker Bain. I value the local, national and international Coldwell Banker offices that allow me to work with and refer clients all over the world.

Certified Corporate Relocation, Military Relocation, 8 Year Five Star Professional Award Winner, International Coldwell Banker President's Circle, Diamond Society and Sterling are a few of the awards and accomplishments I am proud of.

I have a BA from the University of Washington, AA in Criminal Corrections and AA in Art/Science from Pierce College.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked in Restaurant/Hotel/Room Service management, I was a Kitsap County District Court Clerk then a Partner/Owner of Puget Sound Billing.

I thoroughly enjoy my work and stay current with the ever-changing contracts and market. Outside of work I love to spend time with my family, travel and have even more fun!
